Solution Digital 4 Camera CCTV System with High Web Performance. NSI Certificate issued – Awaiting NSI Approval.
Tsuru is a new Japanese restaurant in London located close to the Tate Modern Museum. They offer sushi and Japanese cuisine and since its opening, the restaurant has been a big hit. The owners are now looking to expand and open new restaurants. With this planned expansion, the owners cant physically be there all the time to manage the restaurant so they wanted a solution which would allow them to keep an eye on the restaurant remotely when they were not there. CCTV Camera London designed a CCTV system that is high performance and transmits images over the web. This allows the owners to monitor the restaurant live and playback footage without having to go to the site. Events of interest can also be downloaded remotely to an authorised PC. The cameras fitted are non intrusive ball cameras (BallCam) which offer a high performance even in total darkness while at the same time blending in with the designer decor of the restaurant. All cabling is hidden from view to minimise the visual impact of the installation. The CCTV system is set up so it gets an identifiable shot of anyone who enters Tsuru, the till area is monitored as is the kitchen and back office.
Reference from Emma Reynold, Owner Tsuru:
“I met Eoin from Camera London through the Business Junction network and quickly knew that I could trust him to do a good job. His quote was competitive and I found the process hassle free and professional. The team were happy to work around the restaurant opening times, fitting the system on a Sunday. There were a few technical problems owing to the BT broadband line that Camera London persevered with, meaning working far more hours than planned which was really brilliant of them and made things much easier for me.
To sum up, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
